Welcome to Strandvænget 10 in Bork Havn, where a bright and comfortable holiday home creates the perfect setting for a relaxed family escape on Denmark’s windswept west coast. With 90 m² of living space for up to 5 guests, the property was renovated in 2024 and offers a warm, welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. Up to 2 dogs are also welcome, making it easy to bring the whole family along.

Bright interiors and relaxing sauna and hottub

Inside, generous windows fill the inviting living room with daylight, creating a lovely place to settle into the comfortable seating after a day outdoors. The open-plan kitchen and living area naturally becomes the centre of the home, whether you are preparing breakfast, enjoying a family dinner or winding down with a film. A cosy alcove beside the seating area offers another peaceful corner for reading, resting or simply enjoying some downtime. When the weather is cooler, the fireplace adds extra warmth, while the energy-efficient heat pump helps maintain a comfortable indoor climate.

The spacious, naturally bright bathroom features underfloor heating and your own relaxing sauna and hot tub, creating a little wellness retreat within the house. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available, particularly useful after active days by the fjord or beach.

Sleeping arrangements are flexible, with 2 bedrooms furnished with double beds and a third bedroom offering a sofa bed for 1 guest.

Outside, Strandvænget 10 opens onto a generous 1,400 m² garden where children have plenty of space to play and adults can find their own favourite spot to relax. The enclosed, partly covered terrace makes outdoor living enjoyable even when the west-coast weather changes, with garden furniture providing a comfortable setting for meals and a grill ready for easy holiday cooking. Sun loungers invite you to stretch out and enjoy the afternoon.

For younger guests, there is a sandbox and swing, while practical touches include charging facilities for an electric car.

Fjord adventures and family experiences

Bork Havn combines a welcoming marina and harbour atmosphere with plenty of opportunities for outdoor adventure. At Ringkøbing Fjord, you can try windsurfing, kitesurfing, SUP or kayaking, enjoy fishing or simply discover the lovely bathing beaches along the fjord. Nature trails and cycling routes make it easy to explore the surrounding landscape, while the bird-rich natural areas of Tipperne offer a special experience for nature lovers. 

Ringkøbing Fjord is only 0.75 km (0.47 miles) away, while the nearest shopping is 0.98 km (0.61 miles) from the house.

Around the harbour, small cafés and an ice-cream shop provide tempting stops during a leisurely outing. Families can step further back in time at Bork Vikingehavn, while Bork Legeland offers another fun option for children.
