In a peaceful setting close to a beautiful sandy beach, you'll find this attractive architect-designed holiday home. It features a spacious and bright living room with direct access to a large terrace. Adjacent to the living room is the stylish kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher, and with access to a lovely covered terrace with garden furniture.

The sleeping arrangements are spread across three bedrooms – two with double beds and one with two single beds. The bathroom is modern with underfloor heating and a shower, and there is also a guest toilet. The carport has an electric gate and a charging station for electric vehicles. The house is situated on a lovely plot with a lawn and a built-in basketball court for active guests.

The house is located in a scenic natural area about 10 minutes by car from Ebeltoft town and within the Mols Bjerge National Park. The area around Egsmark is ideal for cycling and hiking in the hilly terrain, and is rich in wildlife. The beach at Egsmark is a child-friendly sandy beach.

In Ebeltoft, you can visit the Old Town Hall, a popular place for weddings. At the harbour, you'll find the internationally renowned Glass Museum for contemporary glass art, as well as a selection of shops and restaurants. Freshly caught fish is available for purchase daily.

For a touch of adventure, visit Ree Park Safari, where you can get up close to wild animals, or head to the Kattegat Centre in Grenaa to see the impressive sharks. A trip to Djurs Sommerland, the largest amusement park in Scandinavia, is also highly recommended – only about a 30-minute drive from the house.
