The house features a brand-new kitchen equipped with all modern appliances, seamlessly connected to a cozy living room furnished with quality furniture. There is a stylish bathroom with a shower and underfloor heating. The spacious pool area includes an additional bathroom and access to a sauna.
The sleeping arrangements consist of four comfortable bedrooms, each with a double bed. For younger guests, a high chair and a cot are available. Outside, the house boasts a lovely terrace with garden furniture and a spacious lawn perfect for play and ball games.
The property is situated in a beautiful natural area within the Mols Bjerge National Park, a family-friendly neighborhood with excellent trails and close proximity to a child-friendly beach. The rolling terrain is ideal for cycling and hiking adventures.
Ebeltoft town, with its numerous tourist attractions, is just a short drive away. Highlights include the Old Town Hall, a popular destination, and the Glass Museum at the harbor, renowned for its modern glass art exhibitions.
Within a 15-minute drive, you’ll find Ree Park, offering close encounters with wild animals. Both the Kattegat Center in Grenaa and Scandinavia's largest amusement park, Djurs Sommerland, are only about a 30-minute drive from the house.

Opmerkingen
Een fijn huis voor 6 personen; voor 8 personen is deze wat krap. Alles aanwezig, lekker zwembad en sauna. En ja, de slaapkamers zijn klein maar tegelijk ben je daar alleen maar om te slapen en wat kleding op te bergen. De omgeving(je loopt in een paar minuten naar het strand) en de ruimte om het huis maken dit helemaal goed.
