Laksevej - Egsmark - 8400 - Ebeltoft

This lovely holiday home is situated high up in the popular Egsmark Strand area. The house is set on a well-maintained natural plot with two lawns and a large paved area facing east and south. There are two wooden terraces: one facing east for the morning sun, and a lovely, south-facing, partially covered wooden terrace with plenty of sun and shelter from the wind. Around the house, you'll find outdoor furniture, sun loungers, parasols, a drying rack, charcoal and gas grills, and garden toys. A truly beautifully and thoughtfully decorated house.

The large windows on the north and south sides flood the living room with light, where there is a dining area for eight people. The entertainment includes a TV with Chromecast, a DVD player, a Nintendo Wii, a Sonos music system, and many board games. The TV package includes Norlys Play (the large package), HBO Max, Amazon Prime, TV2 Play Basic and Netflix. Connected to the living area is the spacious and well-equipped kitchen with a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, induction cooktop, built-in oven, and microwave/convection oven. There are two bathrooms with underfloor heating: a large bathroom with a shower and a spa, and a guest bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.

The eight sleeping arrangements are spread across four bedrooms: two with double beds (with elevation), one with two single beds (with elevation), and one with two single beds (without elevation). For the youngest guests, a travel cot and high chair are available in the storage room. The house has internet access (Waoo fiber 300/300 Mbit).

From the house, it's just a short walk to the child-friendly Egsmark Strand at the bottom of Ebeltoft Bay. The area offers plenty of opportunities for wonderful hiking and cycling trips, as well as the possibility of fishing from the Natomolen pier. Ebeltoft is only a few kilometers away, with its atmospheric old town, various attractions, and good shopping opportunities.
