When you step through the door, you sense the cozy cottage atmosphere that permeates this house. Here, you'll find a charming and well-furnished living room with a wood stove and access to a lovely terrace with garden furniture. Connected to the living room is the cozy kitchen area, including a dishwasher. Two smaller bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with a bunk bed. All beds are 190 cm. Nice bathroom with a shower and underfloor heating. The house has internet, and TV is done via Chromecast. It is allowed to bring a dog. The house is located on a beautiful plot, suitable for play, ball games, and outdoor relaxation. There are lovely terrace areas with garden furniture, loungers, parasol, and a grill, and it only takes a 5-minute walk to reach the beach.

Elsegårde Strand is a cozy and very family-friendly area. The beach may be a bit varied in some places, but mostly with sandy shores and flower-covered beach meadows. From the beach, there is a view of the small island Hjelm. All along the coast, there are good opportunities for fishing, making it a very popular area for anglers. It's about 5 km to Ebeltoft with its many exciting activities and attractions. Visit, among other things, the Old Town Hall and the Glass Museum, or take a walk in the old cobblestone streets with crooked houses and hollyhocks. From the house, it's not far to Ree Park, and there is a good half-hour drive to one of the largest amusement parks in the Nordic region, Djurs Sommerland, as well as the Kattegat Centre in Grenaa.
