Skovvejen - Fuglslev - 8400 - Ebeltoft

In the deep and peaceful silence of the forest, we welcome you to “Koglehuset”. The house is an older, authentic Danish holiday cottage with a true summerhouse atmosphere. Inside, you will find a bright and cosy living room with a wood-burning stove, as well as a comfortable dining room. The small kitchen includes a dishwasher, and the bathroom is equipped with a shower.

Sleeping arrangements are divided between two bedrooms in the main house: one room with a double bed and another with a single bed plus a single bunk bed (best suited for children). The remaining two sleeping places are located in the furnished annex, which offers a bedroom with a double bed.

On the grounds, there is a charming shelter along with a playhouse and a sandbox for the youngest guests.

Fuglslev is a peaceful and charming holiday home area surrounded by forest and open fields. Here, you are close to nature and may encounter deer, pheasants, hares and squirrels. There are several paths that make it possible to cycle to Ebeltoft. From the house, it is about 3 km to Ree Park, where you can get up close to wild animals.

Ebeltoft town is only about a 15-minute drive away and offers many interesting attractions, including the Old Town Hall – the city’s historical landmark. At the harbour, you’ll find the renowned Glass Museum of Modern Glass Art, several great dining options, and the possibility to buy freshly caught fish every day. The famous attraction Frigate Jylland is also located at the harbour and is definitely worth a visit.

The house is also about a 30-minute drive from Djurs Sommerland, the largest amusement park in the Nordic region, and about 30 minutes from the Kattegat Centre in Grenaa, where you can get close to sharks and friendly penguins.
