The sleeping area is located on the lower floor, where you will find 3 good bedrooms; two rooms with double beds and one room with a double bed and a bunk bed. There are two good bathrooms, one of which includes a spa bath and access to a sauna. There is also access to both a washing machine and a tumble dryer. From the entrance, a staircase leads to the first floor, where you will find the bright living room with a wood stove and heat pump, and from there, access to a cozy terrace with garden furniture. The kitchen area is connected to the living room and includes a dishwasher. The house offers Danish (including TV2), German, Norwegian, and Swedish channels, as well as internet.

The holiday home area around Grenaa Beach is a very quiet, child-friendly, and attractive location. Close to the house, you’ll find heathland and forest with several running and cycling routes. Here, you will also find Denmark's longest single-track mountain bike trail, stretching 23 km. The beach is one of Jutland's best sandy beaches, featuring dunes and tidal pools, fine sand, a sandy bottom, and a Blue Flag. The harbor, which is full of life during the summer, also has several good restaurants. It's also home to the Kattegatcenter, where you can get close to the sharks. From the harbor, there are daily sailings to Halmstad in Sweden and Anholt. Grenaa town also offers many charming shops and cafes, and you can visit the Museum Østjylland. From Grenaa, it's about a 30-minute drive to Northern Europe’s largest amusement park, Djurs Sommerland, and about an hour's drive to Randers Regnskov.
