From here, you have direct access to a lovely morning terrace, where you can enjoy your coffee in peaceful surroundings.

A second living room with a large dining table also provides access to another attractive terrace, complete with garden furniture and sun loungers. The bathroom is bright and well-maintained, featuring a shower.

The house offers sleeping accommodation in two cosy bedrooms: one with a bunk bed and one with two single beds. Additional sleeping space is available in the charming annex, which is equipped with a washbasin.

The holiday home is situated on a beautiful, private lawned plot, ideal for outdoor activities, children's play and relaxing in the fresh air. Several terraces with garden furniture and a barbecue invite you to enjoy long summer days outdoors. This is a truly charming holiday home with a warm and welcoming holiday atmosphere.

The holiday home area around Grenaa Beach is a peaceful, family-friendly and highly attractive destination. Close to the house, you will find heathland and forest with numerous walking, running and cycling trails. The area is also home to Denmark’s longest singletrack mountain bike trail, stretching 23 kilometres.

Grenaa Beach is considered one of Jutland’s best sandy beaches, featuring dunes, fine white sand, a sandy seabed and Blue Flag status, ensuring excellent bathing conditions.

Nearby is the marina, which comes alive throughout the summer with a vibrant atmosphere and several excellent restaurants and cafés. Here you will also find the Kattegat Centre, where you can get up close to sharks and watch the entertaining penguins. During the summer season, ferries depart daily from the harbour to the island of Anholt.

The town of Grenaa offers a wide selection of charming shops and cafés, as well as the Museum Østjylland, where you can explore the local history and culture. From Grenaa, it is approximately a 30-minute drive to Djurs Sommerland, the largest amusement park in Scandinavia, and about one hour by car to Randers Rainforest, one of Denmark’s most popular indoor tropical attractions.
