Close to one of Jutland’s finest bathing beaches, you’ll find this older yet cozy holiday home. The house features a bright living room with a wood-burning stove and direct access to a lovely sunroom. From the sunroom, there’s access to a nice terrace with garden furniture.

The functional kitchen, which includes a dishwasher and a good dining area, is open to the living room. Sleeping arrangements include two bedrooms – one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed – plus a sofa bed in the living room that offers two additional sleeping spots. The bathroom is well-maintained with underfloor heating and access to a washing machine.

The house has internet and a variety of Danish and international TV channels. There are also games and toys available for free use. The property is located on a pleasant, private plot with a lawn, ideal for play and outdoor activities. The beach is about a 10–15 minute walk from the house.

The holiday area around Grenaa Beach is quiet, family-friendly, and highly attractive. Close to the house, you'll find heath and forest areas with several running and cycling routes. The area also boasts Denmark’s longest singletrack trail for mountain biking, stretching 23 km.

The beach is one of Jutland’s best sandy beaches, featuring dunes, sand hollows, fine sand, sandy seabed, and the Blue Flag certification. Nearby is the marina, which is full of life during the summer and home to several great restaurants. This is also where you’ll find the Kattegat Center, where you can get up close to sharks. From the harbor, daily ferries depart to Halmstad in Sweden and the island of Anholt.

Grenaa town offers charming shops and cafés and is home to the Museum Østjylland. From Grenaa, it’s about a 30-minute drive to Scandinavia’s largest amusement park, Djurs Sommerland, and about an hour to the tropical zoo Randers Regnskov.
