The house is currently under construction and will be ready for rental in 2026. In the basement, you will find three bedrooms, a bathroom, and a TV room. From here, stairs lead up to the ground floor with an entrance hall, a bathroom, and one bedroom. From the entrance, stairs continue up to the first floor, which contains the heart of the home – a large open kitchen and living area with access to a spacious terrace with garden furniture, as well as a smaller covered terrace. As construction progresses, new photos will be added continuously.

Close to the house, you’ll find heathlands and forest areas with several running and cycling trails – including Denmark’s longest single-track mountain bike trail, stretching 23 km. The beach is considered one of the best sandy beaches in Jutland, with dunes, fine sand, a sandy seabed, and the Blue Flag certification. The local marina buzzes with life throughout the summer and offers several good dining options. This is also where you’ll find the Kattegat Centre, where you can get up close to the sharks. From the harbour, there are daily ferry departures to Halmstad in Sweden and to the island of Anholt.

The town of Grenaa offers cosy cafés, charming shops, and the Museum Østjylland. From Grenaa, it’s about a 30-minute drive to Scandinavia’s largest amusement park, Djurs Sommerland, and about an hour to the tropical zoo Randers Regnskov.
