Upon arrival, you enter through a covered entrance area, leading to the beautiful and well-equipped kitchen. Cozy, well-furnished, and inviting living room with, among other things, a heat pump and a lovely TV corner. Here, there is an integrated conservatory, housing the dining area and providing access to a fantastic newly made terrace. The terrace is furnished with plenty of good garden furniture, offering a splendid view over Handrup Hills. The sleeping arrangements in the house are spread across three cozy bedrooms, two of which have double beds, and one with two single beds. Two of the bedrooms have direct access to the terrace. Lovely bathroom with underfloor heating. There is a small utility room with access to both a washing machine and a dryer. At the entrance area, there is an integrated space containing a microwave, among other things. For the little holiday guests, there is a baby bathtub, high chair, changing table, and crib available.

Outside the house, there are large terrace areas with garden furniture, as well as an outdoor shower. At the entrance area, there is a large covered terrace where you can retreat on a cool evening while still being outside. Outdoors, there is also consideration for the little holiday guests with a sandbox. The house is situated on a sloping plot with a large lawn, suitable for play and outdoor relaxation. A "real" holiday home in cozy surroundings and on a very child-friendly street.

Handrup Hills is a beautiful natural area located in hilly terrain. The area is quiet and very child-friendly, and with the help of footpaths, it doesn't take long to reach the beach. The beach is a child-friendly sandy beach with shallow water and sandy bottom. The area is located close to Mols Bjerge National Park and near the town of Ebeltoft. In Ebeltoft, you'll find many attractions, including the Frigate Jylland, the Old Town Hall, and the Glass Museum. Here, you'll also find many small specialty shops and cozy sidewalk cafes in the cobblestone streets. It's about a half-hour drive to Northern Europe's largest amusement park, Djurs Sommerland, and the Kattegat Center in Grenaa.
