This beautiful holiday home features modern and classic furnishings, is filled with natural light and very spacious. Built in 2008, it accommodates up to 6 people across 3 bedrooms with 3 double beds: two measuring 180x200 cm and one 140x200 cm.

One of the two bathrooms features a two-person whirlpool and a well-maintained sauna, transforming this North Sea holiday home into a small wellness retreat. There are two showers and underfloor heating in both bathrooms.

The bright kitchen on the ground floor shares space with the dining room and offers direct access to the large, almost fully enclosed wooden terrace. The holiday home has a wonderfully homely feel, enhanced by warm laminate flooring and large window sections throughout. One bedroom is located on the ground floor, with two more on the first floor. The terrace is partially covered and naturally comes equipped with comfortable garden furniture and a barbecue, perfect for making the most of good weather.

Classic furnishing style and well-maintained wellness area

The lovely living room is located upstairs with a balcony offering fantastic views over the golf course and the Wadden Sea - endless horizons, fresh North Sea air, and stunning vistas.

The holiday home also includes a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. Shopping facilities are just 0.7 miles (1.2 km) away, the wonderful wellness resort is within 0.5 miles (750 m), and the famous Sønderstrand beach is 0.9 miles (1.5 km) away. You may bring two dogs, and the island features many fenced dog walking areas.

The holiday home offers such comfort that you can stay cosy even in poor weather. The whirlpool and sauna provide relaxation and warmth. The excellent location makes it perfect for a day trip to the neighbouring island of Sylt, with the ferry harbour just 1.2 miles (2 km) away.
