The heart of this beautiful holiday home is its spacious living area. Large windows allow plenty of natural light, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere. Light the wood-burning stove, grab your favourite drink and relax on the comfortable sofa while listening to the crackling wood. Alternatively, gather together to watch a film.

The open-plan kitchen has everything needed for a sociable cooking evening. Why not try your hand at traditional Danish recipes? The dishwasher takes care of the cleaning afterwards.

You can then enjoy a thorough session in the sauna. With two naturally lit bathrooms featuring underfloor heating, there's plenty of space for everyone without waiting. At day's end, four comfortable bedrooms await, promising a restful night's sleep.

Enclosed terrace and summer hot tub for relaxation

From the beautiful living area, you access the idyllically designed terrace. Being fully enclosed and partially covered, young children can't wander off unsupervised. They'll find a playhouse on the 725-square-metre natural plot. You can relax on the comfortable garden furniture with your favourite book or fire up the barbecue for a delicious outdoor meal.

After dinner, once the children are in bed, unwind in the outdoor hot tub (available April to October) whilst gazing at the night sky.

Holiday in vibrant Havneby on Rømø

Havneby is the largest of Rømø's popular seaside villages. You're close to the Wadden Sea, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Depending on the season, you can observe huge starling murmurations, spot seals, or join an oyster safari.

A visit to the North Sea is essential. The magnificent Sønderstrand beach with its miles of sand is just 1.9 miles (3 kilometres) away and offers numerous activities. Take a refreshing dip in the North Sea, enjoy water sports, try land sailing, and collect shells. You might even be lucky enough to find some amber.
