The lovely dining area has plenty of space, and from here, you can step out onto the covered terrace, complete with comfortable outdoor furniture and a large grill, offering a fantastic view of the water. The property is located about 300 meters from the water, where the beach is a mix of stone and sand. It is also not far from Sletterhage Lighthouse, a popular spot where, during the summer months, you can watch large ships leave and enter the Port of Aarhus, as well as luxury liners sailing close to the coast. The Helgenæs area is known for its unique nature, hilly terrain, wildlife, and breathtaking viewpoints. Nearby, you’ll find the German Tower (Tyskertårnet), a remnant from World War II, where you can enjoy panoramic views extending as far as Samsø, Tunø, Aarhus, and the Odder coastline. The 99-meter-high Ellemandsbjerg is another popular destination in the area. The house is about 24 km from the charming town of Ebeltoft, known for its many exciting tourist attractions, including the Old Town Hall, the frigate *Jylland*, and the Glass Museum, renowned for its modern art collection. About an hour’s drive away, you’ll find Djurs Sommerland, the largest amusement park in Scandinavia, which is definitely worth a visit.
