Additionally, both the living area and bathroom feature underfloor heating. Alternatively, the house can be heated using an energy-efficient heat pump. The large bathroom is a wellness oasis with a whirlpool and private sauna. Fitness enthusiasts are also catered for, with an exercise bike and table football.
