With 65 m² of indoor space and almost 1500 m² of outdoor space, there is plenty of room for 4 people and your 3 dogs. Your dogs will love the fenced-in part of the garden, where they can run around freely.

Bright, friendly furnishings and a view of the garden

The cosy living room is the heart of this holiday home. The open connection between the practically furnished kitchen with the dining area and the sofa area, the bright colours of the furnishings and the large windows provide the setting for many wonderful hours with the family. The large windows allow plenty of light to flood in and offer a great view of the garden.

The fireplace adds extra cosiness and you can switch on the energy-saving heat pump if required. In the evening, you can make yourself comfortable on the cosy sofas and organise a film night. The satellite dish offers numerous TV channels.

The 65 m² holiday home offers you 3 bedrooms where you can relax at night. One room is equipped with a double bed, one with a single bed and the third room has a bunk bed, with the upper bed measuring 80x200 cm and the lower bed measuring 140x200 cm.

The small bathroom has underfloor heating, and after long walks with the dogs, you can warm up again in the in-house sauna. A washing machine is available for fresh towels.

Direct access from the cosy living room leads to the large wooden terrace. The first part is covered, and the terrace then transitions into an open area that offers plenty of space to relax on the sun loungers. Since the terrace partially surrounds the holiday home, you can always find the perfect spot for yourself.

The almost 1500 m² lawn is surrounded by bushes and trees, which form a natural privacy screen. There is plenty of space for children and dogs to play and run around. You could play badminton or football together.

In the evening, you can gather at the table under the covered part of the terrace, drink a cool glass of white wine while the barbecue heats up, and enjoy the balmy summer evening.

Houstrup – surrounded by nature

You can enjoy beautiful views of nature not only from the summer house, but also throughout the surrounding area. The property is just a stone's throw away from Nymindegab Plantage, where you can spend many pleasant hours walking with your dogs.

In the morning, you can also drive the 3.5 km to the beach and enjoy the fresh salty air as the sun slowly rises and you take your dogs for their first walk of the day.

If you want to indulge in culinary delights, Nymindegab Kro is only a few minutes' drive from the beautiful summer house. You can go shopping in Nørre Nebel, 3 km away, where you will also find various shops and restaurants.
