Hans Hansensvej - Houstrup - 6830 - Nr. Nebel

Family holidays at Hans Hansensvej 71 are the order of the day at this fantastic summer house. With 65 m² of indoor space and almost 1500 m² of outdoor space, there is plenty of room for 4 people and your 3 dogs. Your dogs will love the fenced-in part of the garden, where they can run around freely.

Cosy fireplace and relaxing Sauna

An open-plan layout connects the practically furnished kitchen and dining area with the sofa corner, while bright colours and large windows create a light and welcoming atmosphere for many enjoyable hours with family and friends. The large windows let in plenty of daylight and offer lovely views of the garden.

A fireplace adds extra warmth and comfort, and an energy-saving heat pump is available for use when needed. In the evening, you can settle into the comfortable sofas and enjoy a cosy movie night.

The 65 m² holiday home offers three bedrooms, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for a restful night’s sleep: one room with a double bed, one with a single bed, and one with a bunk bed.

The compact bathroom features underfloor heating, and after long walks with the dogs, you can relax and warm up in the private sauna. A washing machine is also available, making it easy to keep towels fresh throughout the stay.

Relaxing outdoor on the terrace

Direct access from the cosy living room leads out onto a spacious wooden terrace. The first section is covered, before it opens up into an uncovered area with plenty of room for sun loungers and relaxed outdoor living. Because the terrace wraps partly around the holiday home, you can always find a perfect spot to enjoy the sun or shade throughout the day.

The almost 1,500 m² lawn is fully fenced in and surrounded by bushes and trees, creating a natural sense of privacy. There is plenty of space for children and dogs to play safely and freely, as well as room for games such as badminton or football.

In the evening, you can gather around the table under the covered terrace, enjoy a chilled glass of white wine while the barbecue heats up, and make the most of warm, peaceful summer nights.
