The 110 square metres of this holiday home are well utilised. You'll find two bedrooms with double beds and one room with twin beds. One of the rooms features a mezzanine level. The heart of the house is the open-plan living area with integrated kitchen, where you can spend many pleasant holiday hours - whether cooking together or streaming your favourite films.

The energy-efficient heat pump quickly warms the entire holiday home whilst maintaining a pleasant indoor climate. Two bathrooms are available, ensuring stress-free mornings. One bathroom features a bath, perfect for a relaxing soak. The entire holiday home has underfloor heating, so you won't get cold feet.

Sheltered and partially covered terrace

The sheltered and partially covered terrace, equipped with comfortable garden furniture and sun loungers, is ideal for cosy barbecue evenings. What could be better than preparing and enjoying a delicious meal outdoors on the grill? Afterwards, you can spend the evening in the outdoor hot tub under the starry sky and refresh yourself under the outdoor shower. Please note that the outdoor shower is available from April to November.

A small play area has been set up for children, equipped with a swing and a small sandpit, allowing them to romp and play outdoors to their heart's content.
