This family-friendly holiday home awaits you at V. Hennebysvej 5 in idyllic Houstrup on the Danish west coast, a quiet holiday home area near Henne. At the end of a cul-de-sac, surrounded by trees and bushes, you can relax here and your children and dog will be kept busy for hours on the beautiful property – a swing, sandpit, playhouse and even a trampoline offer perfect opportunities to burn off excess energy, and happy children mean happy parents.

This small but charming holiday home certainly has nothing to hide. Although it is well secluded on a large plot of land, the summer house and its facilities are definitely worth seeing! Sometimes it doesn't take much to be happy and content. Modern furnishings lovingly blend with the popular retro style.

Both an energy-saving heat pump and, alternatively, a classic fireplace ensure the perfect comfortable temperature and the associated cosy atmosphere! A family of up to 6 people and the family dog can spend wonderful, relaxing days here at V. Hennebysvej 5. If you have an electric car, you can charge it at the in-house charging point, where you can connect your adapter.

The well-equipped kitchen, built in 2024, is directly connected to the living room. There is one bathroom, which – like the hallway – was renovated in 2022, as well as sleeping accommodation in the form of double beds and bunk beds. A TV with PlayStation 3 and Chromecast has been installed in one of the rooms. There is underfloor heating in the entrance area and in the bathroom, so you won't get cold feet.

The holiday home also has an annex with a double bed. The annex is not insulated and can be used during the summer months. Here you will also find a heat pump and a radio/CD player. The shed has a washing machine and tumble dryer available for use.

Beautiful surroundings with hiking and cycling trails

Houstrup is located right next to the beautiful Blåbjerg Plantage, which is perfect for hours of walking, horse riding and cycling. You can either bring your own bikes or hire them locally, as it's definitely worth trying out the many beautiful routes. Mountain bikers will also get their money's worth – there is a challenging trail within the Blåbjerg plantation, where you have plenty of opportunities to test your skills.

Shopping facilities can be found at the campsite just a few minutes away, while Nørre Nebel has several supermarkets and a great selection of exciting boutiques to offer. The seaside resort of Henne Strand and the village of Bork Havn on Ringkøbing Fjord are also lovely destinations. The sea, which can be easily reached on foot or by car from your holiday accommodation, is definitely a great place to visit, and in summer it is simply wonderful to stand on top of the dunes, enjoy the view and feel the wind in your hair!
