The living space is divided between a main house and a separate annex, making it a great choice for families or groups of friends who want to enjoy time together while still having the option of a little privacy.

The holiday home is decorated in a clean, modern style with attention to detail, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere throughout. The house is equipped with practical amenities including a washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher, allowing you to focus on relaxing rather than daily chores.

The property features two bathrooms, which is especially convenient for larger groups. One bathroom is located in the main house and the other in the charming annex.

There is sleeping space for 6 people in total. The main house offers two bedrooms with double beds, while the annex contains two additional rooms, each with a single bed. Both rooms in the annex also have a television, giving everyone the opportunity to relax privately if desired. Please note that the annex does not have underfloor heating, but it is equipped with two new electric radiators to ensure comfort during cooler days.

The house also includes a separate 40-liter freezer, which is ideal for storing extra groceries or freshly caught fish.

Outside, the holiday home is surrounded by a spacious 1,607 m² lawn garden, providing plenty of room for outdoor activities and relaxation. The open terrace is perfect for enjoying sunny days and fresh air while preparing meals on the gas grill – ideal for cozy barbecue evenings with family and friends.

The large lawn offers space for children to play and for adults to unwind.

In the garden you will also find a fire pit. At the back of the garden there is a small wooded area with a sensory swing, providing a lovely play spot for children and a quiet corner to enjoy nature.
