This traditional thatched roof house is perfect for a family holiday. Modern yet traditional in style, it accommodates up to 6 people. The holiday home sits on beautiful natural grounds with a lovely terrace and a swing for the youngest guests.

Modern and tasteful interior

Only the finest materials have been used throughout; elegant flooring, rustic walls, beautiful furniture and high ceilings with exposed beams that give this summer house its characteristic charm.

The living area features attractive tiling and connects to the open-plan kitchen, creating a spacious, light-filled room. The whole family can gather here, whether preparing meals, watching films or playing board games. The crackling wood-burning stove adds to the cosy atmosphere.

The six sleeping spaces are distributed across three bedrooms. There's also a mezzanine level, perfect as a retreat for teenagers.

Stunning bathroom with sauna and whirlpool

There are two beautiful bathrooms. The larger bathroom is almost a wellness suite, featuring a sauna and whirlpool where you can truly relax and unwind. The smaller bathroom has a shower and underfloor heating. This layout is ideal for two families holidaying together.

Sheltered terrace with outdoor shower and close to the North Sea

From the large terrace, you can enjoy uninterrupted views of the beautiful natural surroundings all the way to Lyngvig Lighthouse. The holiday home boundaries are naturally screened, providing privacy whether you're using the outdoor shower, sunbathing, or enjoying a family barbecue.

The beach is just a short distance away, perfect for long family walks, collecting shells and stones, or searching for amber. After a day at the beach, you can rinse off sandy feet at the outdoor shower before entering the house. The outdoor shower is available from April to November.

Søndervig and Hvide Sande are easily accessible by car. Here you'll find numerous family activities, excellent restaurants and shopping facilities.

For your electric car, a charging station with a Type 2 connector and charging cable is available directly at the holiday home. The charging station is located on the east-facing exterior wall of the house, allowing you to park your car conveniently right beside it.
