Modernised holiday home with wellness and games facilities

This charming wooden summer house was modernised in 2018 and you'll feel at home straight away. The bright walls and ceilings, along with large windows, create a welcoming atmosphere throughout, while an energy-efficient heat pump ensures comfortable temperatures year-round.

Everything has been thought of here. The large hot tub, which accommodates six people, and the sauna will certainly be a hit with those seeking relaxation. While some unwind in the warmth, more active family members can enjoy the games room in the annexe. Table football, air hockey and various pieces of fitness equipment offer variety and entertainment.

The house is practically equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, making quick work of household tasks. The living room and all bedrooms feature televisions with Chromecast capability.

Multiple terraces and play areas in the grounds

The terrace wraps almost entirely around the house - with open, enclosed, screened and covered sections. This provides options for both relaxing in the shade and enjoying the sunshine on sun loungers.

The lawn offers play opportunities for all ages with football goals, a swing and sandbox. Perhaps challenge the adults to a football tournament when the weather's good? While the cooking enthusiasts among you prepare delicious barbecue dishes and tasty salads, others can burn off energy before happily gathering, albeit slightly tired, around the large table to feast together.

The holiday home on Fladsbjergvej is just a 15-minute walk from the North Sea and approximately 4.3 miles (7 km) from both Søndervig to the north and Hvide Sande to the south. There's also a short walk to the fishing lake in Klegod.
