Welcome to this lovely low-energy holiday home in a beautiful location on Holmsland Klit - between Søndervig and Hvide Sande in one of Denmark's most popular holiday areas. Here you are just a few minutes' walk from the tranquil Ringkøbing Fjord and the impressive North Sea - pure nature with experiences in all directions.
The holiday home is equipped with a modern geothermal heating system that provides energy-efficient heating - including the pool and hot water. This means low running costs and a pleasant indoor climate all year round.
The 150 m² house is decorated in light colours and has 4 bedrooms, 3 of which are furnished with double beds and two of which have an extra bed. A further bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds. In total, 10 people and 2 pets can spend their holidays here. The large, modern kitchen is equipped with everything you need. A cooker with ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and a large fridge/freezer round off the whole thing. The cosy bathroom impresses with a shower, a large mirror and access to the sauna. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer.
The centrepiece of the house is the open-plan living/dining area with directly adjoining kitchen. Here you will find a wood-burning stove, a large 65" Smart TV with Chromecast and internet. From the living room, you have direct access to the large, south-facing, enclosed terrace with gas barbecue - perfect for cosy outdoor barbecues. The south-facing terrace is fully enclosed, making it ideal for children to play outside and dogs to run free. The terrace continues around the house to the east, where you can watch the sun rise over the fjord. From the living room there is also direct access to the wellness area with swimming pool, whirlpool and another bathroom - ideal for relaxation and fun for the whole family, whatever the season.
Close to the holiday home you can go surfing, wakeboarding, kitesurfing etc. on the fjord or take a walk along the wide sandy beach and enjoy the sunsets over the roaring North Sea.
