This charming holiday home, with its cozy pitched roof, large wraparound terrace, and stunning views of Ringkøbing Fjord from the roof terrace, is located at Opstrupsvej 43 in the heart of tranquil Klegod. If you're looking for an idyllic holiday home with character and charm, this is the perfect place. Built in 1930 and unchanged to this day, it exudes an authentic holiday home atmosphere, surrounded by the West Jutland countryside. Please note that pets are not allowed in this house.

Spread across two floors with a total living space of 77 m², you'll find plenty of cozy spots with room for the whole family. The spacious living room with its wood-burning stove is ideal for relaxing and playing games, allowing you to enjoy the warmth on cool evenings and listen to the crackling of the wood. The kitchen, bathroom and Bryggers are also equipped with underfloor heating. Two bedrooms upstairs, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, promise a restful night's sleep. From here you can access the roof terrace, which offers a fantastic 360° view and is ideal for morning coffee or breakfast outdoors. You can also reach the roof terrace from the outside via a small path.

In the fully equipped kitchen, you'll find a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, stove, and coffee maker – everything you need for a relaxing holiday. A washing machine is also provided. The smaller bathroom features a shower and a tall cabinet, and opposite it is the sauna, completing the package.

Thanks to the continuous terraces surrounding the house, you'll find a sheltered spot to enjoy the outdoors even on cooler or windier days. A little further away, there's another small sun terrace with two lounge chairs, surrounded by bushes, offering an additional private area. It's the perfect setting for enjoying your morning coffee or cozy barbecues in the evening sun – a truly relaxing holiday!

Just 700 meters away is the wide sandy beach of our Danish North Sea coast, inviting you to long walks in any season and swimming in the summer. The nearest shops are 6 km away in Søndervig, where you'll find both supermarkets and specialty shops to browse.
