The well-maintained holiday home at Råbjergsvej 25 is perfect for a family holiday where everyone can gather and participate. This house offers ample space for relaxation, games and, of course, swimming fun in the large pool room. The pool area is spacious enough for hours of entertainment, regardless of the weather. The swimming pool measures 20 square metres and offers plenty of opportunities for ball games and diving. Parents can watch from the seating area or relax in the soothing hot tub. There's also a sauna where you can warm up after enjoying the fresh, salty North Sea air at the beach. The mini golf course and beach volleyball court on the grounds provide additional sports and entertainment.

The house is energy-efficient with 5 heat pumps now installed - one for the pool to save on energy costs, while the others are distributed throughout the house and for hot water.

The open-plan living/dining area is large enough for everyone to find a cosy spot. The well-equipped kitchen, long dining table and beautiful bay window seating area create wonderful natural lighting. Enjoy game nights, draw at the dining table while meals are being prepared. After dinner, everyone can gather on the sofas to watch a good film and light a warming fire in the wood-burning stove.

The house was completely renovated in 2025 with a new kitchen, 2 new bathrooms, new beds, a new wood burner, new tiles in the pool room and more.

The holiday home features 4 comfortable bedrooms with parquet flooring and a sleeping loft under the eaves. The comfortable beds offer plenty of rest and recuperation before starting your next holiday adventure.

Large natural grounds and private terrace

The extensive natural plot with south-west facing terrace is surrounded by many trees, protecting you from wind and prying eyes. On the other side of the house is a second, equally sheltered terrace, allowing you to enjoy the sun to the fullest. Garden furniture is provided. Relax on the sun loungers while little ones play on the lawn. The space is perfect for ball games, Viking games and much more. Children will surely enjoy the swing and sandpit. Have a barbecue evening and enjoy cool drinks in the lounge furniture on the terrace – that's what holidays are all about.

From Kongsmark, you have direct access to Lakolk's wide bathing beach, where you can enjoy lengthy walks in the sea breeze.

Holidays on Rømø – North Sea, Wadden Sea and dunes

Rømø is the neighbouring island to Sylt and offers a wide range of activities. Enjoy cycling tours in the beautiful nature and walks along the North Sea beach. The island is also very popular with water sports enthusiasts, particularly kitesurfing.

If you're planning a trip to the mainland, you can visit the beautiful towns of Tønder and Ribe and stroll through their romantic town centres. Take a day trip to Legoland in Billund or to Sylt from Havneby (the ferry takes 40 minutes and offers picturesque sea views).
