This beautiful thatched roof house at A M Listsvej 15 invites you to enjoy an unforgettable holiday on the Danish nature island of Rømø. The location is unique, just 200 metres from the Wadden Sea. Up to 8 people can be accommodated in this spacious holiday home, which offers impressive features both inside and out!

Built in 1995, the holiday home spans 190 square metres. It's perfect for couples travelling together, friends, or a large family looking for a break on the stunning island of Rømø.

This unique accommodation combines traditional island style with modern comfort. The charming thatched holiday home radiates a cosy atmosphere, thanks to its thoughtful furnishings and appealing blend of old and new.

Comfort and relaxation guaranteed

Upon entering, you're welcomed by double doors and the home's inviting atmosphere. High ceilings and wood-panelled walls lend the house its cosiness and classic Danish holiday home style. Large windows offer wonderful views of the greenery and flood the living area with natural light. Here you can relax in front of the wood-burning stove and enjoy German TV channels. A DVD player and radio are also provided.

The kitchen and dining area offer plenty of space for shared meals. It comes equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, freezer compartment and microwave. The beautiful tiled floor adds an elegant touch to the kitchen and living area.

There are 4 bedrooms: three with double beds and one with two single beds plus a cot. All bedrooms feature carpeting, and comfortable beds ensure a restful night's sleep.

A heat pump has recently been installed.

For added comfort, there are two well-maintained bathrooms, each with two toilets and two showers, plus a two-person whirlpool - perfect for warming up after a long beach walk on cooler days. A separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, plus ample storage space, is at your disposal.

Additionally, a charging station for electric vehicles including the corresponding charging cable is available (EV box). 

Summer breeze, natural grounds and sea sounds

On the open terrace, you can enjoy the sunshine and fresh sea air, with garden furniture and sun loungers ready for use. The garden is a natural plot featuring a sandbox and swings for younger guests. The sea is just 200 metres from the house. Europe's largest sandy beaches can be found at Lakolk (3.1 miles/5,000 metres) and Sønderstrand (2.8 miles/4,550 metres) from the holiday home. Shopping facilities are within walking distance, just 1.5 miles (2,500 metres) away.

On Rømø, you can explore beautiful dunes, heathland and woodland areas. Water sports facilities, cafés and restaurants are also available on the island.
