This beautiful and tastefully furnished activity house for 12 people is situated by the stunning Wadden Sea in Kromose on Rømø. Built in 2023, it offers extensive indoor and outdoor comfort and entertainment for extended families or groups of friends. Highlights include a whirlpool, outdoor hot tub, sauna cabin and a wonderful terrace with views over the Wadden Sea.

Modern and tasteful Scandinavian-style interior

The heart of the house is the stylish kitchen with dishwasher, which opens onto the dining area and living room. The vaulted ceiling and large window frontage facing the Wadden Sea create a magnificent atmosphere. Early risers can admire breathtaking sunrises from here.

The large dining table accommodates the whole family. In the adjoining games room, a pool table, table football and darts provide entertainment for all guests.

The house features underfloor heating throughout, powered by an energy-efficient air-to-water heat pump.

Bedrooms with comfortable beds and 2 bathrooms

The holiday home has 4 bedrooms with high-quality double beds – three measuring 180 x 200 cm and one measuring 160 x 200 cm. The remaining 4 sleeping spaces are split between 2 open mezzanine areas, each with 2 mattresses. One will be a paradise for children, where they can enjoy screen-based entertainment while adults socialise in the living area below. The other mezzanine is accessible from the games room.

There are 2 complete, stylishly furnished bathrooms, one of which features a two-person whirlpool, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Fantastic terrace with garden furniture, hot tub and sauna cabin

The spacious wooden terrace invites you to spend hours outdoors – featuring beautiful garden furniture where you can truly appreciate the Wadden Sea views. While parents relax with a glass of wine and delicacies from the gas barbecue, younger guests can enjoy themselves in the child-friendly grounds with trampoline, sandpit and swing.

For relaxation and wellness, there's a sauna cabin and a large hot tub on the terrace. After using the sauna, you can refresh yourself under the outdoor shower, which operates from April to November.

In addition, there is an electric vehicle charging station at the house, including a Type 2 charging cable (Webasto Pure). 

Rømø – Wadden Sea and miles of sandy beaches

The house is located by the Wadden Sea, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Here you'll find rich wildlife and plant life in beautiful natural surroundings. Numerous migratory birds gather in this vast natural feeding ground.

Havneby is not far from Kromose – here you'll find shops and restaurants, or you can take the ferry for a day trip to the neighbouring island of Sylt.

Kirkeby Plantage features an excellent woodland playground. However, the biggest playground is arguably the sandy beach at Lakolk – perfect for swimming, building sandcastles, collecting amber or simply enjoying the fresh North Sea air.
