This holiday home underwent a comprehensive renovation in 2019, leaving only the original walls intact. Everything else was renewed – additional insulation was installed, the layout was optimized, and a brand-new kitchen was added. Today, the house stands as good as new, featuring a modern yet cozy interior.

Upon entering the house, you will be welcomed by a bright and inviting living room, seamlessly connected to the modern kitchen – the home’s natural gathering place. This is where you will spend many pleasant moments when the weather does not permit enjoyment of the beautiful outdoor areas.

During the colder months, you can light up the cozy fireplace and enjoy its comforting warmth. Additionally, the house is equipped with an energy-efficient heat pump, ensuring a pleasant indoor climate all year round.

The holiday home offers three well-appointed bedrooms, accommodating up to six guests, as well as a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.

Outdoor Area

This holiday home is situated on a spacious 2,000 m² plot, set back from the road for added privacy. Here, you will find a large, beautiful lawn – perfect for lawn games, ball games, and other outdoor activities. The house features several charming terraces and sheltered corners, allowing you to enjoy your holiday in peace and quiet. Start your day with a morning coffee in the secluded area behind the house and end the evening on the large terrace, where you can sit undisturbed and take in the stunning sunset over the west coast.

The covered terrace at the front of the house is the perfect place to enjoy a quiet evening with a cup of coffee while watching the sky change colors as the sun slowly sets on the horizon. Additionally, the terrace can be enclosed with a fence, ensuring that your four-legged friend stays safe without wandering off on an adventure.

After enjoying a lovely day at the beach, you can rinse the sand off your body under the outdoor shower, which is installed at the holiday home during the summer months.

A short walk from the house down Østergårdsvej leads to one of the small trails that take you directly to the beach. Here, you will be greeted by a breathtaking view: the roaring North Sea, the iconic beach huts, and the beautiful dunes that frame the coastline.
