The owner of Parallelvej 11 knows how to create space for relaxed moments. The kitchen/living area is charming with an open kitchen connected to the large dining and TV room. There’s plenty of room to stretch out on the big sofa while others play cards at the table or cook in the kitchen. Connected to this room is a spacious conservatory with access to the large courtyard. Here you’ll find no fewer than seven small cosy spots, so there’s always a place in the sun. The hallway leads to a toilet, bathroom and three double bedrooms – one even has a standing sauna.
There’s also a nice utility room with a washing machine and dryer.

The house is non-smoking and youth groups are not allowed.

Plenty of opportunities to find a spot in the sun:
As mentioned, the courtyard has seven small oases, one of them named the “stress-free zone”. This says a lot about the intention: it should be cosy and relaxing to stay at Parallelvej 11. The courtyard is screened from the road, giving you privacy. The owner uses the house regularly, which adds personality to the home, and is happy to make it available when it’s free. The beach, shops and town centre are all within about 1 km. Parking is easy right in front of the house.
