It features a large and bright kitchen/dining area and an open-plan living room with a charming, winding spiral staircase leading to the first floor. There's a lovely bathroom and three bedrooms, two of which are on the first floor. All three bedrooms have double beds.

The house is ideal for a variety of delightful holiday experiences for both children and adults. And the nature in Nørre Lyngby is a visit in itself! Here, you'll witness how asphalt roads suddenly end, where parts of the town have been claimed by the North Sea.

Outdoor Area:
The plot itself is 906 square meters and has the convenience store and grill bar as neighbors, with nature as a backdrop and a clear view of the North Sea. There are lovely terraces, and the house is surrounded by a beautiful lawn that can be closed off if you have your four-legged friend on holiday. So, there's ample opportunity to find shelter from the westerly winds when they show their strength. In Nørre Lyngby, there's plenty of raw nature and many opportunities for walks or hikes. The popular Rubjerg Knude Lighthouse is nearby, and it's a ten-minute drive to both Løkken and Lønstrup, where there are rich possibilities for diverse experiences.
