This centrally located townhome is just 200 meters from Løkken’s main square and pedestrian zone, filled with shops, restaurants, live music, and other experiences. Cross the square, and you’ll reach one of Denmark’s best beaches, where iconic beach huts line up with fishing boats, a surfing scene, and the Løkken pier.

The house is bright and welcoming, featuring a large open kitchen/living area with access to a lovely private courtyard and a cozy sunroom, offering privacy despite being in the center of town.

There are four bedrooms, distributed over two floors:

1× double bed on the ground floor next to the bathroom and toilet

2× double beds in separate bedrooms on the first floor

2× single beds in another bedroom on the first floor

1× sofa bed in the hallway between the three bedrooms on the first floor.

Note: The stairs to the first floor are steep. The house also includes a utility room by the main entrance and a locked shed with an extra fridge and garden furniture.

Relax in the sun with a good book, take a walk in the dunes, or enjoy a day on the wide, impressive beach that stretches as far as the eye can see.

Walk 200 meters in the opposite direction of the town square, and you'll find both shopping and transport options – everything you need is within a 500-meter radius.

The home is non-smoking, and youth groups are not permitted. There's space for a smaller car in the carport and a larger one behind the house – but please make sure not to park at the neighbor’s property (Vrenstedvej 21B).
