This lovely holiday home in Lønstrup is located in the popular area of Harerenden – only 300 metres from Lønstrup Beach and the roaring North Sea. Here you stay surrounded by the stunning nature of the North Jutland West Coast, where views across the dunes and the gently rolling holiday home landscape create the perfect setting for a relaxing family holiday.

The house has recently been renovated and appears bright, spacious and exceptionally welcoming. You enter through a small entrance hall, from where a corridor leads to the house’s two bright bedrooms as well as the bathroom with shower and washing machine.

Great attention has been paid to detail throughout the house, and considerable care has gone into creating a cosy and personal interior. When you stroll through the streets of Lønstrup, you will quickly notice that many of the beautiful decorative pieces in the holiday home come from local shops and artisans.

The heart of the house is the large living area with vaulted ceilings and large windows that let in plenty of light and bring the surrounding nature inside. From here you can enjoy a wonderful view across the dunes and the small holiday homes, with the picturesque North Sea in the background. On clear evenings, you can experience some of the most beautiful sunsets on the West Coast directly from the living room.

The kitchen is openly connected to the dining area and contains everything you need to prepare delicious holiday meals. On cooler days when the wind blows outside, you can light the wood-burning stove and enjoy the cosy warmth and the crackling fire after a long day at the beach.

At the front of the house you will find a large covered terrace – the perfect spot for a cosy dinner while the sun slowly sets on the horizon. The combination of views, nature and fresh sea air creates a very special atmosphere of relaxation on the West Coast.

Activities and Experiences in the Area

The area around the seaside village of Lønstrup offers a wide range of experiences for both children and adults. From the holiday home it is only a short distance to Lønstrup Beach, where long walks along the sea quickly become part of your holiday routine.

There are many excellent walking and cycling trails in the area that lead through the beautiful landscape of North Jutland. If you follow the coastal promenade, you can walk directly into the cosy town centre of Lønstrup.

Lønstrup is known for its many galleries and workshops where local artisans open their doors and showcase their work. The town also offers charming cafés, great restaurants and interesting shops.

In one direction you can walk to Skallerup Seaside Resort, where there are plenty of activities for the whole family. And a visit to the iconic Rubjerg Knude Lighthouse, which was moved further inland in 2019, is almost a must when spending your holiday on the West Coast.
