Plenty of options for activities in the surrounding area

All around the picturesque area of Lodbjerg Hede, there are excellent cycling and hiking trails, surrounded by beautiful nature. The North Sea is only 1,800 metres away ideal for long walks along the beach. The pretty town of Søndervig is a lively holiday resort with many shopping options, restaurants, and activities for the whole family, and it’s not far away. A great alternative on rainy days is the large Lalandia water park, which also has an indoor playground.

Nearby you’ll also find an 18-hole golf course that can be played year-round, one or two fishing lakes, and an ostrich farm that is open to visitors. In Kloster you can make your own candles, and in the next-largest town, Ringkøbing, you can go shopping and visit the Ringkøbing Fjord.
