This cosy holiday home is situated on a 2,300 m² natural plot at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet and scenic area with plenty of good cycling and walking routes. It offers space for 6 people across a living area of 91 m². Pets are not allowed!

It was built in 2005 and is equipped with an energy-efficient heat pump as well as a cosy wood-burning stove. There are 6 beds, divided into 2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. The open-plan living and kitchen area creates a friendly atmosphere, enhanced by the high windows that let in plenty of light. In addition to the well-equipped kitchen with a fridge, freezer (60 litres), 4 ceramic hobs, a fan-assisted oven, a microwave and a dishwasher, there is also a washing machine and a Weber kettle barbecue. The living room features a television, a Blu-ray player, a DVD player, a radio, a stereo system and a CD player. A high chair is available in the house for our youngest guests.

The bathroom features a shower cubicle, a toilet and underfloor heating. In the sauna and the two-person hot tub, you can relax after a day at the seaside and wind down for a cosy evening.

The house features a lovely open terrace of 55 m² and a covered terrace of approx. 15 m². The grounds also include a tool shed, a swing, a sandpit and a fire pit, and parking is available right next to the house.

The house is situated very close to the charming little harbour of Røjklit on Stadil Fjord and is only about a 5-minute drive from Søndervig, where you’ll find a wide selection of shops, restaurants, a bowling centre and a water park. The beautiful North Sea is around 2 km away, and Ringkøbing Fjord is just under 600 metres away.
