In the beautiful natural surroundings not far from Lyngsbæk Beach and the Mols Bjerge National Park, you'll find this older but fully renovated and cosy holiday home. It features a bright and comfortably furnished living room with a heat pump and biogas stove, as well as direct access to a lovely covered terrace with garden furniture. Connected to the living room is the brand-new kitchen, which includes a dishwasher among other amenities. The bathroom is also newly renovated and equipped with a shower. The sleeping arrangements include two bedrooms – one with a double bed and the other with a ¾ bed and a bunk bed above.
The house is located on a charming plot with a large lawn, perfect for playing and outdoor relaxation, and with a view of the stunning surrounding nature. It is heated via an air-to-air heat pump, making energy consumption low and cost-effective. The house is situated about a 15-minute drive from Ebeltoft.
In Ebeltoft, you can stroll through the charming cobbled streets with hollyhocks, cosy cafés, restaurants, and specialty shops. In the heart of the town, you’ll find the historic Old Town Hall, which is well worth a visit. Down by the harbour, you’ll find the Frigate Jylland and the Glass Museum, renowned for its contemporary glass art. The harbour also offers small cafés, eateries, and boutique shops. The Kattegat Centre in Grenaa and Scandinavia’s largest amusement park, Djurs Sommerland, are both about a 30-minute drive away.

Het uitzicht en de locatie was fantastisch! Echter we misten gordijnen, de matrassen en kussens waren te zacht. De douche is erg klein en de wc spoelde niet goed door.
Prima huis, simpel maar goed. Mist wel wat zonsverduistering en gordijnen in de woonkamer
