Here, the charm of the past blends seamlessly with modern comfort. Every beam, every corner and every detail tells its own story and contributes to the home's unique atmosphere.

Upon arrival, the beds are made and ready for you, so your holiday can begin right away.
Towels, tea towels and dishcloths are also provided in the house.
Utilities are included in the rental price.

The accommodation indoors
As soon as you step inside, you are greeted by a warm, inviting and almost fairytale-like atmosphere. The house is full of history and personality, while its careful renovation ensures a comfortable setting for your holiday. Here, you can immediately unwind as the cosy small windows allow natural light to gently fill the rooms, highlighting the home's charming character. The wood-burning stove spreads a pleasant warmth and creates that special holiday feeling, perfect for long evenings with a good book, a glass of wine, or quality time with family and friends.

The heart of the house is the cosy living room, which is open to the well-equipped kitchen. Here, the day's experiences can be shared over delicious meals and long conversations. Exposed beams, sloping ceilings and authentic details emphasise the house's character and charm. These features are an integral part of the listed architecture and contribute to the authentic experience of staying in a historic holiday home. Parts of the house have open vaulted ceilings, creating a spacious feel while preserving the original architectural style.

The mezzanine loft offers a cosy retreat beneath the roof and is particularly suitable for guests with good mobility. It is the perfect place to relax with a book or enjoy a unique sleeping experience.

Outside, the relaxed holiday atmosphere continues. Enjoy views of the Limfjord while sipping your morning coffee in the fresh air as the sun rises over the landscape. Birds singing and the fresh fjord breeze create a peaceful setting for your holiday, and the terrace invites both relaxation and enjoyable meals under the open sky.

The short distance to the beach makes it easy to take a spontaneous trip to the water. Feel the sand beneath your feet, enjoy a refreshing swim, or find a quiet spot by the shore and let your thoughts drift away with the gentle waves of the fjord.

The holiday home is also located just 9 km from the UNESCO World Heritage site Hanklit.

Please note: This is an older, listed property with varying ceiling heights. Some beams have a clearance of approximately 1.86 metres. Although parts of the house have open vaulted ceilings, guests taller than average should be aware of the low beams and ceilings in several areas of the house.

Dogs are welcome (dogs only, maximum weight 15 kg). If you are bringing a dog, this must be noted during booking or communicated to us after your booking has been made. The house is not suitable for large dog breeds due to its size. This is for the well-being and comfort of the dog, while also ensuring the best possible holiday experience for both dog and owner.
