Located in a peaceful holiday home area on the island of Mors, this cosy holiday home offers views of the Limfjord. Here, you can enjoy being close to both nature and the water, while still being only about 1 km from shopping facilities and within a short drive of Nykøbing Mors and Jesperhus.

The holiday home
The holiday home is bright and welcoming, featuring an open-plan living area with the kitchen and lounge combined. There is plenty of space to gather for meals, and the wood-burning stove creates a warm and cosy atmosphere on cooler days.

From the living room, you have access to the integrated conservatory, which serves as a natural extension of the living area. Here, you can enjoy the natural light and views of the garden for much of the year.

The house also offers a bathroom and three bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with a three-quarter bed, and one with a single bed.

Outdoor living
The south-facing terrace is perfect for relaxing days in the sun, while the low wall surrounding the terrace provides both shelter and privacy. The large plot is mainly laid out as lawn, offering plenty of space for children to play and for outdoor activities.

The Limfjord is only a few hundred metres from the house, providing excellent opportunities for swimming and walks along the waterfront. During the summer, a bathing jetty is installed in the area, making it easy to enjoy a refreshing dip in the fjord.

Mors offers plenty of experiences for the whole family. Discover the UNESCO World Heritage site Hanklit and the impressive moler cliffs of North Mors, or enjoy the views from Salgjerhøj, the highest point on the island. You can also visit the Fossil and Moler Museum, which tells the story of Mors' unique moler landscape. At Ejerslev Harbour, you will find a charming harbour atmosphere and a beautiful lagoon. South Mors offers cosy harbours, excellent beaches, and peaceful natural areas along the Limfjord, while Jesperhus provides fun experiences for both children and adults. In addition, beautiful hiking trails, cycling routes, and nature experiences can be found throughout the island.
