Interior

The house offers a nice small hallway, a light bathroom with shower and a kitchen with light units and dining space plus direct access to the living room. Big light bedroom with double bed and ample storage space. There is a spacious and cosy living room with wood burner and heat pump as well as a double bed plus access to a lovely covered terrace. From the covered terrace you reach a spacious and open sunny terrace as well as an outdoor shower. In the beautiful garden, another lovely covered terrace has been established, where you can fully enjoy the evening sun.

Location / the area

The holiday house is located within bicycle distance from the market town Nykøbing Sj., where you find a cosy pedestrian street with shopping possibilities and good eating places. The harbour area in Nykøbing is to be recommended with a visit to some of the many artists in their galleries. Rørvig is also worth a visit. Rørvig harbour is located only 10km away, and here you have the possibility to shop for fresh fish at the fishmonger’s or enjoy his big fish buffet, and the children can catch crabs from the jetty.
