If you're looking for peace and tranquility on your holiday, this house is perfect. It is very secluded, surrounded by trees in the scenic area of Sulbæk between Sæby and Frederikshavn, and close to a child-friendly beach.

This cozy little cottage is modernly furnished with a large kitchen/living room with a dining area and a sofa corner with a wood-burning stove.

The house has three bedrooms, two with double beds, one with a 3/4 bed, and a room with two single beds. It has plenty of space for a family to vacation together.

NOTE: No WIFI

Outside, there are several options for sitting on the large terrace to enjoy the sun, relax, and grill. There are also lounge chairs available. The placement of the terraces ensures that you can always find a spot with shelter, sun, or shade. In the garden, there are swings and a sandbox for children to play in for hours, and the lawn provides ample space for ball games.

THE AREA:
The holiday home is located between Sæby and Frederikshavn by the Kattegat, a short distance from both towns.
There are two bicycles available at the house, and you can easily cycle into the center of Sæby. Here, there is a cozy maritime environment in the old market town, both around the harbor and in the pedestrian streets, where there are several shops and eateries.
In the old town, there are many artisans with shops and working workshops. This area around Algade, Fiskerstien, and the harbor should be experienced with its well-maintained and renovated old houses.
