The 43 m² apartment is located on the second floor in the pedestrian street and offers a truly special atmosphere. The French balcony – furnished with a table and two chairs – allows you to enjoy the lively atmosphere of the charming town centre, while the gallery walkway at the apartment entrance offers views of the sea.

The apartment accommodates up to 4 guests. The exposed timber framing adds character and charm, while the loft area with its cosy sloping ceilings features two single beds. The open-plan kitchen and living area provide the perfect setting for shared meals, relaxation and socialising. The living room also includes a sofa bed.

The kitchen-dining area is bright and welcoming, creating the ideal setting for enjoyable meals. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave, toaster, French press coffee maker, and a fridge/freezer.

The apartment also features a bathroom with a shower and storage cabinet.

The living room includes a Smart TV with streaming capabilities, allowing you to unwind with your favourite entertainment after a day of exploring.

From the gallery walkway, you can enjoy views of the sea and Lanternen’s courtyard. During the summer season, regular events and live music create a pleasant atmosphere and make your stay even more memorable.

As an additional service, the staff from the pub located beneath the apartment can assist with ordering delicious meals from the local butcher – easy and convenient during your stay.

The apartment is located in a charming historic building with original features and more than 100 years of history. Access is via stairs to the second floor, and the loft area is reached by a steep staircase. For this reason, the apartment is best suited for adults and older children and is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility or families with young children.

THE AREA:
The area around Sæby offers excellent opportunities for an active holiday, including tennis and golf in the beautiful natural surroundings near Sæbygaard Castle. The scenic promenade leads directly to Sæby Harbour and the town center, which can be reached within a few minutes on foot.
In the town center, you will find a great selection of shops and restaurants in the pedestrian streets and along the harbour. The historic old town is well worth a visit, with its beautifully maintained houses, the charming Fiskerstien (Fishermen’s Path), and the inviting harbour atmosphere.
There is also easy access to various leisure facilities, including Sæby Public Swimming Pool as well as padel and fitness facilities at Sæby Spektrum, located approximately 1.4 km from the apartment.

North Jutland offers a wide range of attractions for the whole family. Sæby Miniby showcases the town as it looked around 1900, while Sæbygaard Castle provides insight into the area’s history. In Frederikshavn, the Powder Tower (Krudttårnet) and the Bangsbo area are popular attractions. A trip further north to Skagen is highly recommended, where children will enjoy the Teddy Bear Museum, and visitors of all ages can explore the Skagen museums, the Grey Lighthouse, and Grenen. On the west coast of North Jutland, the North Sea Oceanarium and Fårup Sommerland are major highlights for families.
