Bright and spacious holiday home with wood-burning stove

With 135 m² of living space, Mathiases Toft 23 offers plenty of room for both spending time together and relaxing separately. The holiday home has 4 bedrooms and accommodates up to 8 guests, making it ideal for a large family or group of friends.

The bright and spacious living area combines the lounge and dining area with a large, open and well-equipped kitchen. The centrally placed wood-burning stove creates a cosy atmosphere throughout the room, while the many windows allow plenty of natural light to enter. Relax with a good book in one of the cosy corners, gather around a board game or enjoy cooking and baking together.

One of the highlights is the sauna and hot tub for 2 people, located in one of the 2 bathrooms. Both bathrooms have underfloor heating, and the house also features a washing machine and tumble dryer – particularly convenient for longer stays.

Enjoy summer days on the terrace

The lovely open terrace extends around the house from east to west, providing plenty of opportunities to enjoy sunny days outdoors. Trees offer privacy from neighbouring properties, while the surrounding natural plot provides space for both play and relaxation. You may even spot deer, rabbits or pheasants passing by.

Enjoy a delicious meal from the barbecue before heading to the beach, 1,200 metres away, to watch the sunset.

Both the beautiful sandy beach and shopping facilities are approximately 1,200 metres from the holiday home. Charming Sønderho is known for its narrow paths between traditional thatched houses, small shops, cafés, restaurants and Fanø Art Museum.

Fanø's beautiful nature is ideal for exploring on foot or by bike. Popular activities include seal safaris, amber hunting, hiking in Fanø Klitplantage and water sports such as Blokart, windsurfing and kiteboarding. You can also visit Sønderho Mill, explore the island's farm shops or take a trip to Rindby, Fanø Bad or charming Nordby.

The ferry crossing from Fanø to Esbjerg takes just 12 minutes, giving you easy access to shopping, cultural attractions and restaurants on the mainland.
