This 192-square-metre pool house welcomes you with bright colours, spacious rooms and abundant windows. The well-equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, microwave and fridge with 278-litre freezer compartment where you can prepare meals while the children sit around the dining table playing cards, doing puzzles, crafts or drawing. 

The living room features comfortable furniture that instantly invites you to settle in with a good book. This area houses a beautiful wood-burning stove, providing both warmth and atmosphere. There is also a TV in all the rooms, and of course wireless internet throughout the holiday home, so everyone can stay connected with the outside world beyond this little oasis. After a long day at the beach, you can spread out across the 10 beds and enjoy a good night’s sleep.

The house has been newly insulated and is highly energy-efficient. It also features a heat pump, ensuring warmth on cold days. The 2022 renovation included stylish updates throughout, with a new facade, extensive decking around the holiday home, new kitchen, furniture and the addition of an outdoor hot tub. In addition, you will find a washing machine and a tumble dryer in the utility room.

There is no doubt that the lovely swimming pool is one of the absolute highlights of this holiday home. It provides the perfect setting for all types of water lovers – both those who prefer warm, relaxing bubbles and those who enjoy swimming laps and playing with beach balls.

The pool truly invites fun and splashing, and it is heated and ready for you upon arrival, and it’s also a wonderful treat after a long day by the North Sea. The water quality in the saltwater pool is electronically monitored 24 hours a day, ensuring it is always at its best. The pool is equipped with a swim trainer, and the spa is filled with water from the pool.

To top it all off, there is an infrared sauna where you can fully warm up and relax after a long day. If you have sand on your feet after a trip to the beach, you can rinse it off in the outdoor shower, which is available from April to October.

Holiday with your dogs near Femhøjsande Plantage

The North Sea is just 850 metres away, where dogs can play and romp in the sand. You can also visit the local dog forests in Husby and Femhøjsande Plantage, both a 15-minute drive from Søndervig.

Søndervig is easily accessible at just 1.2 miles (2 kilometres) away, perfect for cycling or a longer walk. Here you'll find shops, restaurants and cafés. For fishing enthusiasts, there's a stocked fishing lake nearby. Kite surfing enthusiasts will also feel at home, with the "surfer's paradise" of Bagges Dæmning just a short drive away.
