Wolle Friks Vej 12 - a comfortable base for your Holiday

The open-plan living space gives the house a sociable atmosphere and provides a comfortable setting for spending time together. The kitchen is well suited to preparing meals during your stay, while the dining and lounge areas offer space for games, conversation or a quiet evening in front of the TV. Practical facilities include a dishwasher and a separate 80-litre freezer, making it easy to cater for the whole group.

The accommodation is divided between the main house and the annex. Two of the three bedrooms are located in the main building, while the third is situated in the annex. Two rooms have double beds and the remaining room is furnished with two single beds. There are also two bathrooms, one in each building, both fitted with underfloor heating.

The house is equipped for comfortable stays throughout the year. An air-to-air heat pump provides an efficient way of heating the property, while the wood-burning stove adds a cosy atmosphere when temperatures drop. A washing machine is also available, which is particularly useful for families and longer holidays.

Enjoy the spacious surroundings

The large plot is ideal if you want plenty of room to enjoy outdoor activities without being restricted by a small garden. Children can make use of the swing set, while the rest of the family can play games on the lawn or simply relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The combination of open areas and natural parts of the garden gives the property a pleasant holiday atmosphere.

Outdoor living is easy thanks to the covered terrace surrounding the house. The enclosed design provides a sheltered place to sit, even when the weather is less than perfect, and gives you the opportunity to enjoy the garden throughout the day. When evening arrives, the gas barbecue is ready for preparing a relaxed outdoor meal with family or friends.

A separate storage room is also available on the grounds. It provides a convenient place to keep garden games, outdoor equipment and other belongings, helping to keep the holiday home tidy and organised.

A short distance from the North Sea

One of the property's major advantages is its location. The North Sea and its wide sandy beach are only around 1,000 metres away, so a day by the water or a walk along the coast is always within easy reach. Whether you visit during summer or in one of the quieter seasons, the coastline offers plenty of opportunities to enjoy the fresh sea air.

The practical side of your stay is just as straightforward. A well-stocked supermarket can be found approximately 2,100 metres from the house, making it easy to pick up fresh food and everyday essentials.
