The holiday home was built in 2025 and offers modern cosiness. The open-plan living and dining area gives you plenty of space to spend time together. There is underfloor heating throughout the house, so cold feet won’t be an issue during the cooler seasons. The well-equipped kitchen is the perfect place to prepare your favourite recipes from home or perhaps try something new together. The dishwasher makes tidying up afterwards easier. At the dining table, you can enjoy fun game nights or make plans for the next few days. If the weather doesn’t cooperate, the large conservatory still gives you the feeling of being outside.

The holiday home has 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed, so everyone has a private retreat and can recharge their batteries in peace. 2 bathrooms ensure a relaxed start to the day, and the private sauna lets your muscles unwind after a long day in the fresh air.

Outside, you’ll find an outdoor spa that offers a wonderful opportunity to relax beneath Denmark’s starry sky. The outdoor shower provides welcome refreshment on warm summer days and is also perfect for rinsing the sand off your feet. The open terrace is sheltered and partially covered, so even a change in the weather won’t disrupt your BBQ. Make yourself comfortable on the garden furniture and enjoy the delicious food you’ve prepared while listening to the sound of the North Sea in the background. Practical everyday helpers such as an additional fridge-freezer and a washing machine can be found in the shed.

Since the holiday home is only about 125 m from the beach, nothing stands in the way of relaxing beach days, and if a rain shower passes by, you’ll be back at the house in no time.

The centre of Søndervig is also only about 400 m away, so you can quickly pick up fresh rolls from the bakery in the morning. If you don’t feel like cooking, you’ll also find various restaurants there, as well as small boutiques that invite you to browse and shop.
