Historic charm and plenty of space

The holiday home is ideal for small families or couples who want to spend quality time together. The 73 m² are divided between 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. Since the house was built in 1936, much of the original interior has been preserved, giving the holiday home its very own distinctive charm.

The bathroom has been modernised and features underfloor heating, keeping your feet pleasantly warm when you step out of the shower in the morning. All other rooms are carpeted.

From the functional kitchen, you can enjoy a fantastic view across the dunes and towards the North Sea while sitting together over a meal. For cooking, there is a ceramic hob and a separate tabletop mini oven. Afterwards, the dishwasher takes care of the washing-up.

When you enter the living room, the first thing you will notice is the large window, which offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding dune landscape. In the evening, you can sit here and experience a wonderful natural spectacle as the sun sets in all its beautiful colours.

One of the greatest advantages of this historic holiday home is its unique location, just 100 metres from the sea. Imagine taking a short stroll to the beach, where you can listen to the waves, feel the wind in your hair and enjoy a wonderful day by the North Sea. Right next to the holiday home, there is also a small viewpoint with a bench where you can sit and take in the beautiful surroundings.

The holiday home has a sheltered terrace overlooking the seaside resort of Søndervig, as well as a west-facing terrace. From here, you can enjoy the fantastic panoramic view while relaxing on the outdoor furniture, listening to the roar of the North Sea and even catching glimpses of the water. To round off the day, fire up the gas barbecue and enjoy your meal with an unforgettable view.

The nearest shopping facilities are just 500 metres away in the centre of Søndervig. Here, you can stock up on groceries, browse the shops and pick up weatherproof clothing or souvenirs.
