The vacation home was built in 2019 and is beautifully finished from top to bottom. The large glass panels, vaulted ceilings, and Velux skylights provide impressive natural light and create an airy and inviting atmosphere. The open-concept kitchen-dining area draws the terrace right into the room, making the living area a natural gathering spot for the whole family. In the living room, you’ll find two built-in wood-burning stoves that create a cozy and peaceful ambiance after a day by the sea.

Space for 6 people and great amenities
The house is 120 m² and sleeps 6 people in three bedrooms with double beds. The bathroom is beautiful and modern with a bathtub, and there is also a guest toilet. Here you’ll find all the practical amenities that make your vacation easy and comfortable: a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, ventilation system, and an air-to-water heat pump with water-based underfloor heating in every room. All designed with a focus on low energy consumption.

Stor, afskærmet træterrasse med ekstra detaljer
Terrassen er noget helt særligt. Den omkranser huset og byder på både bålplads, hængekøje, grill, havemøbler og en udebruser, der kan bruges fra april til november. Her kan I nyde solen, slappe af i læ, grille aftensmaden eller lade børnene lege på den store naturgrund på 1.319 m².

Rolig beliggenhed tæt på både natur og oplevelser
Houvig er kendt for sine smukke klitlandskaber og rolige omgivelser. Fra huset er der kun en kort gåtur til stranden, og på cykel når I Søndervig på omkring 10 minutter, hvor der venter butikker, spisesteder og aktiviteter – herunder Lalandia, golfbane, put-and-take og lokale gårdbutikker.
