This welcoming brick-built holiday home is ideal for a relaxing holiday, including with a dog if you wish. The living room features exposed ceiling beams and a lovely wood-burning stove, creating an authentic, traditional holiday cottage atmosphere. An energy-efficient heat pump is also available for heating.

For a restful night's sleep, there are four separate bedrooms furnished with one double bed and three single beds. The bathroom comes with the comfort of underfloor heating.

The open-plan kitchen invites you to try out delicious recipes - afterwards, the dishwasher will happily take care of the cleaning up. Meanwhile, you can unwind from your day of adventures with a film night on the comfortable armchairs and cosy sofa.

Secluded position on large dune plot with magnificent views

The holiday home sits on a 4,500-square-metre dune plot, offering plenty of distance from neighbouring properties and excellent privacy. From here, you'll enjoy magnificent views across the dune landscape. The North Sea is just 400 metres away.

Make yourself comfortable on the terrace with a freshly brewed coffee and enjoy the sunshine from the sun loungers and garden furniture.

The holiday home also features an electric car charging point. This consists of a CEE combination socket - please remember to bring the relevant charging cable.

Children's play area with swing, sandpit and climbing frame

Children have been well catered for with a small playground featuring a swing, sandpit and climbing frame. Here they can spend the whole day playing in the fresh air.

For exploring the area, a visit to Hvide Sande with its many shopping and activity options is recommended, or you might enjoy a trip to Legoland®, about an hour's drive away. Nature excursions are also highly recommended, whether it's extensive beach walks or leisurely cycle rides through the dune landscape.
