This elevated holiday home is beautifully situated on a gently rolling dune plot near the North Sea on Skodbjergevej 17. From the house’s large terrace, you can sit undisturbed and enjoy the stunning views over the surrounding landscape. The holiday home is cozy and personally decorated, making it especially suitable for families with children. Up to 2 dogs are also welcome.

When you enter the holiday home, you step into an open-plan kitchen and living area that is warm and inviting. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, and a 15-liter freezer – everything you need for a comfortable stay.

In the living room, with carpeted floors, you can relax in front of the TV or the wood-burning stove, while a heat pump provides extra warmth and comfort. The house has 3 bedrooms: 2 with double beds and 1 with a bunk bed. All bedrooms have carpeted floors and storage cabinets.

The bathroom features underfloor heating, a washing machine, as well as a sauna and hot tub where you can fully unwind after a day at the beach. Take a dip in the warm water or let the sauna heat your body – perfect for relaxing after an active day.

Large, private terrace and natural plot

The terrace is partly covered and sits undisturbed on the 2,000 m² dune plot. Here you can enjoy the view over the dunes and the swaying beach grass, relax in the sun loungers, or enjoy a meal from the grill. For children, there is both a sandbox and a swing.

The holiday home is located on Skodbjergevej, south of Hvide Sande, only 500 meters from the sea, in an area of beautiful, almost untouched nature. The wide dune landscapes, heath areas, and fresh sea air create a calm and relaxing atmosphere. In the nearby protected heath areas, you can walk along the marked paths and observe wildlife and birds up close – especially early in the morning and late in the evening, nature is truly spectacular.

Skodbjerge is an ideal area for both peace and adventure. Just a few kilometers north lies the lively harbor town of Hvide Sande, where you can buy fresh fish, browse small shops, or enjoy the maritime atmosphere at the harbor. For families with children, a trip to Billund is also easy to reach, where Legoland awaits. In this way, the location combines quiet nature experiences with fun excursions nearby.
