This summer house, renovated in 2023, is idyllically situated among the dunes on the Danish west coast. Its slightly elevated position offers wonderful views across the surrounding landscape. Up to 5 people can enjoy a relaxing holiday just 500 metres from the North Sea.

Scandinavian comfort with practical layout

The summer house at Havvej 30 features a practical layout. Enter through the hallway, where you can store your shoes and coats. All other rooms are accessed from here, including two bedrooms with comfortable double beds and a children's bedroom with bunk beds.

You'll also find the well-maintained bathroom, which connects to the sauna. Look forward to relaxing sauna sessions, perhaps after a long beach walk.

At the end of the hallway, you'll discover the spacious living area with open-plan kitchen and dining space. The light-filled room, with its wide window front, invites you to relax on the sofa. The holiday home receives three German TV channels.

Let your gaze wander across to the distant dunes while enjoying the crackling of the wood-burning stove and its cosy atmosphere. Here you can truly forget the stresses of everyday life.

For additional heating, there's an energy-efficient heat pump. A washing machine is also provided to ensure you always have fresh towels. The well-equipped open-plan kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave and a 60-litre freezer - the latter being particularly useful for fishing enthusiasts.

Idyllic location with stunning dune views

The outdoor area offers perfect relaxation with comfortable garden furniture. The approximately 2,000-square-metre plot is surrounded by natural dune vegetation, creating a natural windbreak around the terrace. Thanks to partial roof coverage, you can find shelter during rain while still enjoying the fresh sea air.

In the evening, prepare a delicious barbecue on the holiday home's own grill while watching the sun set behind the dunes.

Holidays on Holmsland Klit

On the Holmsland Klit peninsula, you're never far from the water. Just a short walk through the dunes separates you from the wide sandy beach and the North Sea. Here you can build sandcastles, take long walks and enjoy a refreshing swim.

Visit the harbour town of Hvide Sande, where you can enjoy various water sports, water skiing and fishing on the Ringkøbing Fjord. Take a break to enjoy fresh fish rolls or traditional Danish soft ice cream while watching the seals in the harbour basin.
