A hidden staircase behind sliding doors leads to the first floor, where you'll find an additional living room with access to a wonderful terrace. From here, you can enjoy the sea views and watch the sun paint the horizon in golden tones as it sets over the water. A bedroom with a walk-in closet and a kitchenette completes the first-floor amenities. The basement also holds delightful surprises: an activity room with a pool table, a utility room with washing machines and dryers, another kitchenette – and a practical fish-cleaning station that will surely please any fishing enthusiast.
