This historic holiday home, originally built in 1903, was lovingly renovated in 2026, preserving its original charm while offering all the comforts of modern living. Surrounded by the breathtaking nature of this North Sea island, relaxation begins the moment you arrive.

Spacious Comfort for the Whole Family

With an impressive 509 m² of living space, the house accommodates up to 25 guests, making it the perfect choice for large families, groups of friends, or several generations holidaying together. Twelve comfortable bedrooms, four bathrooms, and three additional guest toilets ensure plenty of space and privacy for everyone.

The spacious living area with its cosy wood-burning stove invites you to unwind after a day of adventure, while the fully equipped kitchen featuring two dishwashers, two refrigerators, two cookers, and a large freezer, is ideal for preparing meals together and enjoying long dinners around the table. Wine lovers will also appreciate the temperature-controlled wine cabinet.

There is also an electric vehicle charging station.

Activities and Nature on the North Sea Island of Rømø

The activity room offers billiards, table tennis, and a private bar—the perfect setting for fun-filled evenings together. Five Smart TVs with a wide selection of channels and streaming services provide entertainment for all ages.

Outside, there is something for everyone. Children can enjoy swings, football goals, a volleyball court, and a large sandpit, while adults can relax on the impressive 400 m² terrace, designed with a Mediterranean atmosphere that invites you to slow down and enjoy the outdoors. The outdoor swimming pool and hot tub complete the holiday experience. (Please note that the outdoor pool is only available from 1 May to 31 October.)

From now, an outdoor sauna will also be added to the wellness area.

Set on a beautiful 5,000 m² natural plot, the property offers plenty of space to breathe and unwind. The shores of the Wadden Sea are just 1 km away, while the wide sandy beach at Lakolk is only 5.5 km from the house, perfect for long walks, collecting seashells, refreshing swims in the North Sea, or, if you're lucky, spotting seals and deer in their natural habitat.

Whether you prefer horseback riding through the forests, relaxing in cosy cafés, sampling local delicacies, or simply exploring the island's untouched nature, Rømø offers unforgettable experiences throughout the year. Up to two dogs are welcome, so your four-legged family members can enjoy the holiday too.
